• Projects marked as confidential are encrypted on the server using AES encryption.
• Data such as project titles, descriptions, and scope items may be encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.
• Decryption is available only to the project owner and associated clients. Other users will see placeholder content such as “[Encrypted Project]”.
• Each project uses a unique encryption key derived from a secure master key stored in our server environment.
• No decrypted content is ever stored permanently or logged by the Service.

• While we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data, no system can be 100% secure.
